The prices displayed in the store include VAT and do not reflect shipping costs. They may differ from the prices in our brick-and-mortar stores and points of sale. Likewise, special advantages or offers on the website are non-transferable to other points of sale.
You can book or sign up for trips, tours of the Santa María la Real monastery, courses and other similar services on the online store; your registration or booking will be confirmed via email. The full amount of the registration free or ticket price for courses and tours must be paid in advance and in full. Please remember to bring the confirmation email to the course or tour. A €150 reservation fee, which will be deducted from the final price of the product, must be paid when you book one of our trips. The remaining amount will be paid according to the terms and conditions of each trip (please contact our team for discounts, special offers and other questions).
Buying in our store is easy: all you have to do is follow the steps and instructions. You can locate the products in the categories menu or by using the search option and you can add the items you want to buy to your cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, simply choose the payment and shipping method. If you’re a new customer, you can register and save your information to make future purchases quicker and easier, as well as stay up-to-date on special offers, promotions and discounts. Or, if you prefer, you can use the “guest” mode, which requires only the information required to finalise your purchase. Once your purchase is complete you’ll receive an email with all your order details.
Our Foundation’s Friends or Patrons of Heritage can get discounts and advantages on all the products in the store. If you’re not a Friend or Patron, sign up before placing your order to get all the advantages of membership.
The online store currently supports three payment methods:

We guarantee that all payments are completely safe and secure, the store adhering to a series of protocols to prevent the fraudulent use of cards.
When you fill out the newsletter and register as a user in the online store, you are given the option to indicate whether you fall under certain categories to receive special rates:
- Friend: For all those who are holders of the “Friends of Heritage” card.
- Patrons: For all those who belong to our “Patrons of Heritage” network.
- User: As a user of the store you can access bonuses and special discounts at certain times; we’ll either send you the bonuses or notify you by email.
- Student/Unemployed: A reduced or special enrolment fee for our course programme will apply to those who provide proof of their retirement or student status.
We’ll check the accuracy of the data before shipping the product (models, publications) or delivering the service (courses, trips, visits to the monastery). We’ll let you know if you checked a discount or rate for which you do not qualify so that you can pay the full amount or check the correct category.
