In the case of products that require shipping, this will be done through a home delivery service, which guarantees the reception of the product in the place indicated by you. You should know that we do not allow shipments to post office boxes and that there are some countries in a situation of serious conflict in which the courier companies with which we work do not make deliveries. Except for promotions with free shipping costs, you must pay for them, since they are not included in the final price of the product. Before finalizing the purchase, you will be able to know the shipping costs that you would have and you will have information of the exact amount that you will have to pay before confirming your order and making the payment. Depending on the destination, weight and dimensions of the products, the costs corresponding to the rates of this online store will apply.

After confirming and paying your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When making your purchase, you agree to provide us with a delivery address, certain, accessible and clear for the service of delivery of goods. In case you breach this commitment, we can not guarantee delivery of the order in a timely manner, nor will we be required to make a new shipment. The usual delivery times, since the order leaves our warehouse, are the following:

· Shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: 2 to 6 working days

· Shipping to the Canary Islands: 5 to 7 business days

· International Shipments: 2 to 9 business days

Delivery times may be altered by external circumstances, such as weather incidents, public disorder, strikes, etc., for which we are not responsible.

We are concerned because you receive the products in perfect conditions, according to the deadlines stipulated with our courier service. Only, the return will be guaranteed when the product arrives in poor condition or deteriorated, in which case, you will have a period of up to 7 calendar days to communicate it to us at or using the contact form on the web. Once received this communication, we will acknowledge receipt, check that the product has arrived in poor condition and, if so, we will tell you how to proceed to make the return. You must return the product or products of the order in the same packaging or shrinkage of origin, if it has been varied, it will be understood that the product has suffered a depreciation, which we will estimate fairly to be deducted from the amount that will be refunded. In the orders delivered in Spain, the returns will be free, it will be the Santa María la Real Foundation who will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In orders delivered in other countries, the cost of return must be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and within the legally established deadlines once the return has been received.
