Con este programa de especialización podrás dirigir y gestionar proyectos sociales desde la innovación, consiguiendo un doble objetivo: explorar fórmulas que te ayuden a alcanzar las metas sociales de tu organización y conocer nuevas herramientas para que el diseño y desarrollo de tus proyectos resulte más viable, atractivo y sostenible.

Aprenderás a diseñar programas de innovación social, a lanzar y validar proyectos de lean startup o a gestionarlos con metodología agile. Conocerás aspectos de financiación, marketing social, medición y gestión de impacto o cómo la innovación social puede dar respuesta a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)

Programa:

Módulos

1. La innovación social como respuesta a los ODS: Respuestas a los ODS desde la Innovación social en el papel del tercer sector, la administración y las empresas.

2. Diseño de proyectos de innovación social: Diseño de proyectos para dar respuesta a las necesidades sociales desde la innovación.

3. Lanzamiento y validación de proyectos con lean startup: Herramientas para el prototipado, validación y lanzamiento de proyectos desde una visión agile

4. Marketing social: Estrategias de marketing y comunicación para la innovación social.

5. Financiación de proyectos de innovación: Instrumentos y modelos de financiación para proyectos de innovación social con visión sostenible y escalable.

6. Gestión agile de proyectos: Herramientas y estrategias ágiles de gestión para proyectos en un marco de innovación constante.

7. Medición y gestión de impacto: Desarrollo de habilidades para la medición y evaluación de los proyectos en todas sus fases.

Sesiones transversales

Liderazgo y gestión de equipos: En estas sesiones se trabajarán de manera práctica herramientas y modelos para desarrollar las competencias asociadas al liderazgo y la gestión de equipos, esenciales para alcanzar con éxito los objetivos de cualquier organización o proyecto.

 

Metodología y modelo de evaluación:

Formación teórico-práctica, en la que se combinarán clases en tiempo real con videos de casos y entrevistas con expertos. Las clases en tiempo real serán grabadas para que el material pueda estar disponible en todo momento. El modelo de evaluación combinará la realización de un examen tipo test con la elaboración de un proyecto que será defendido ante un tribunal de expertos.

 

Matrícula: 

Hasta el 15 de septiembre

  • Se establecen descuentos del 10% no acumulables (matrícula reducida) para Amigos del Patrimonio, personas en situación de desempleo y para quienes realicen un pago único de matrícula antes del 31 de julio.

 

  • Quienes lo deseen podrán optar por el pago fraccionado o reserva de matrícula, abonando 300 euros al realizar la inscripción. El resto del importe se pagará quince días antes del inicio del curso mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta IBAN: ES60 2103 4506 1600 3000 2501.*

* El pago fraccionado es incompatible con el descuento del 10% para matrículas formalizadas antes del 31 de julio. 

* Los Amigos del Patrimonio y personas en situación de desempleo que opten por esta modalidad de pago, se beneficiarán de su descuento del 10% al abonar la segunda cuota.

*  Tan solo se devolverá el importe íntegro de la matrícula en caso de que el curso / programa no llegue a realizarse porque no se ha completado el número mínimo de participantes.

We process this data to maintain, develop and manage the relationship that may be established between the parties, send information about the relevant services, activities and events that the Foundation or our work areas and associated companies develop.  

Subscribers, Friends of Heritage, course participants, speaker and collaborator data  

The data you provide makes it possible for us to inform you about our activities, projects, initiatives and events, both those we have at the Foundation and those organised by our companies (Cultur Viajes, MHS, Ornamentos Arquitectónicos) and that we consider relevant to your interest.    

Online store customer data

Your data allows us to get to know you better, to offer new products adapted to your needs and to keep you up-to-date on store news and special promotions, as well as the projects and initiatives to which your purchase contributes.

Information that you provide us

We collect the personal information that you provide us through the website, our online store, forms and fields to complete, by subscribing to our newsletter or through email.  

Information we collect from your visits to our website We collect and store limited personal information and anonymous global statistics of all those users who visit our website, either because you provide us with this information or through cookies, in order to recognise you as a visitor and offer you better, more personalised service. However, you can always manage your computer’s security through the corresponding option available on your browser. The information gathered through cookies is completely anonymous, and is never used to associate or identify a specific user.

FSMLRPH provides personal data to service providers that can act as data processing managers. These third companies only have access to the personal data required to carry out the service. FSMLRPH, may provide third parties, including its advertisers, certain anonymous information about the user for the purpose of compiling statistics.  

 

Data of minors

If the user is a minor, the user is required to have prior consent from their parents or guardians before entering their personal data into forms found on the website. FSMLRPH is exempt from any liability resulting from the breach of this requirement.  

 

Rights when you provide us with your personal information  

1. What rights protect you in terms of personal data processing?

- Right to request access to your personal data.

- Right to request rectification or deletion.

- Right to request the limitation of its processing.

- Right to oppose processing.

- Right to data portability.

- Right to withdraw given consent.  

 

Access/rectification and deletion: interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, when required, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the execution of the contract.

Limitation: in certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Opposition: interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. The SANTA MARÍA LA REAL HISTORICAL HERITAGE FOUNDATION will stop processing your data except on compelling legitimate grounds and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and we will duly block your data while these legal obligations remain applicable. Likewise, you can oppose the adoption of automated individual decisions that could have legal consequences or a significant impact on you.

Portability: interested parties can request and receive their associated data and data that they have facilitated; they can also request that we send data to another data processor of their choice, in a commonly used structured format that can be mechanically read.  

 

2. When will we respond to your request?  

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and always within a month of receipt. This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests. The data controller will inform the interested party of the extension within the first month of the request.  

3. Do you have the right to withdraw your consent?  

Yes, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given at the time of your subscriptions or when you entered the data.  

4. Where should I go to exercise my rights?  

To exercise your rights, you can send a letter with all your information, including a photocopy of your ID or passport and indicating the right you would like to exercise, by contacting FUNDACIÓN SANTA MARÍA LA REAL DEL PATRIMONIO HISTÓRICO. 5. Do you have the right to file a complaint?   If we do not satisfy your requests to exercise your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority by contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
